Step 1:

Open the web page to the Outlook Web App and sign in with your email address and the associated password.

Step 2:
If a user has released its calendar for you from Hosted Exchange, you will be notified about it by e-mail. Open the e-mail preferably in the "OWA" interface or "Outlook".

In the open e-mail you will find the top left button to add this calendar. Click this button. The calendar is then shared with you. You can close the e-mail.

To view the shared calendar, click the OWA main window at the bottom left on the calendar.

You can find the shared calendar on the left in the table in the point persons calendar, separate from your own calendars.

The shared calendar can be viewed in accordance with the rights granted to You the right.
