Step 1:

Open the web page to the Outlook Web App and sign in with your email address and the associated password.

Step 2:

  1. Click on the calendar above , click New to create a new appointment.
    A new window opens. Here you can specify the settings of the appointment.
  2. Enter in the Subject text box , type the title of the appointment.
  3. Below that, you can specify the location of the appointment if necessary.
  4. In the text boxes contain a variety of menus that allow you to determine the date of the appointment, and can set start and end time.
  5. Under this menu there is a further selection menu , with which you can activate on request a reminder for your appointment . If you do not want memory , remove the hook on the left.
  6. In the same line, see the rightmost option to identify by placing a tick the appointment as private . This is the deadline for individuals for whom you have shared your calendar does not appear.
  7. In the text box below , you can add a note to the appointment .
  8. If you have made all the required entries , click the upper left click Save and Close . The window closes and the date is added to your calendar.

In the calendar list on the top left of the " Calendar " page are days on which events take place , shown in bold. Click a date number to display right of the list all events for this date in a chronological table .

Click a date once to display to the right of the time table , the options set for this date . You can change the reminder options or private at any time here .

To change other options of an appointment , click in the Timeline , double-click it. This will open again the appointment editor .

Do not forget to save changes by clicking on Save and Close !
