Step 1:

Open the web page to the Outlook Web App and sign in with your email address and the associated password.

Step 2:

Top right, click Options.

Click to the left to organize e-mail.

On the Rules tab, click New.

A new window opens. In the window there are two drop-down menus.
  • In the first drop-down menu to determine which e-mails should be forwarded. For example, to forward all incoming e-mail, select All messages apply.
  • In the second selection menu, select Message to redirect to.
    A new window opens. Select a contact from the list to which the corresponding e-mails should be forwarded. Then click on the bottom left button on ->. The contact is then inserted into the field to the right of the button. You can now select another contact from the list and add it in the same way.

    But you can also have any e-mails address in the box to the right of the To -> Enter button to route incoming messages to the e-mail address.

    When you have added all the contacts, click the lower right OK. The window closes automatically.

    In the other small window, click Save. The window closes automatically. You may get a warning that would like to have again confirmed your forwarding. Click in this field to Yes.

You will now see the main window, the added forwarding the list of Inbox rules.

The forwarding is activated immediately. You can at any time by removing the check mark left off next to the rule or add it by the hook re-enable.

With active forwarding receives any contact that you have selected, a copy of your incoming e-mails. You will receive your e-mails as usual.
