- Select the contacts on your BlackBerry "Desktop Options" and turn off the wireless synchronization.
- Save the changes and wait 10-15 minutes.
- Turn off wireless synchronization again and save the changes.
- The data is synchronized with the server again. If you still continue to have problems, please contact our support.
