In some cases it may help to disable the sync feature of your BlackBerry for your contacts briefly, and reactivate after about 10-15 minutes:

  1. Select the contacts on your BlackBerry "Desktop Options" and turn off the wireless synchronization.
  2. Save the changes and wait 10-15 minutes.
  3. Turn off wireless synchronization again and save the changes.
  4. The data is synchronized with the server again. If you still continue to have problems, please contact our support.
