This manual describes the setup of an Hosted Exchange 2010 and Hosted Exchange 2013 mailbox with 'Snow Leopard' .
Start the ' Apple Mail ' to begin configuring your mailbox .
Once the setup wizard opens, fill in the fields Name and email address from your data. Entering your Past word is not necessary at this point.
Click Continue.
The first connection attempt fails .
For the Account Name field , in which you can enter your e -mail address will appear in the appropriate input box now . In the Password field, enter the password of your e-mail address .
Again, click Continue.
' Apple Mail ' attempts to establish a connection to the server .
If this succeeds, it skips to the account summary.
In this window, you have the possibility to activate the appropriate options , iCal calendar and your address book contacts from ' Apple Mail ' to automatically configure . The configuration of the address book contacts is necessary for you to obtain access to the global address book.
Then click on Create.

On the menu bar, click Mail , and then click Settings.
The Settings window opens.

In the opening page you find a selection menu where the option is selected all emails with their attachments , which means that all e- mails downloaded including the notes and be made available offline . This corresponds , for example, the Outlook Caching mode.
