If you want to order additional subscriber access licences (SAL) to an existing plan, please follow these steps below.
- Login to our customer portal at https://portal.nettask.de.
- Choose the Button "Produkte / Services" on Dashboard.
- Navigate to the product or plan to which you want to decrease the count of your subscriber access licences (SALs).
- Click the arrow down nearby the button "Show Details" and choose "upgrade/downgrade options" at the appearing menu.
- Change the count of you subscriber access licences (SAL) to the desired value.
- Submit your choice
- Now you get an overview about the cost of the upgrade from the actual day to the end of the billing period.
- Choose a payment option for your upgrade.
- Submit your choice.
- The upgrade order were executed and you will see the order number.
- Your order will now be processed and the ordered subscriber access licences (SALs) will be available soon for you at the deHOSTED Control Panel.
