If you want to order additional subscriber access licences (SAL) to an existing plan, please follow these steps below.

  1. Login to our customer portal at https://portal.nettask.de.
  2. Choose the Button "Produkte / Services" on Dashboard.

  3. Navigate to the product or plan to which you want to decrease the count of your subscriber access licences (SALs).

  4. Click the arrow down nearby the button "Show Details" and choose "upgrade/downgrade options" at the appearing menu.

  5. Change the count of you subscriber access licences (SAL) to the desired value.

  6. Submit your choice
  7. Now you get an overview about the cost of the upgrade from the actual day to the end of the billing period.
  8. Choose a payment option for your upgrade.
  9. Submit your choice.
  10. The upgrade order were executed and you will see the order number.
  11. Your order will now be processed and the ordered subscriber access licences (SALs) will be available soon for you at the deHOSTED Control Panel.
